Important notice: Due to the pandemic, we may experience delays. Some orders will take longer then normal to be delivered.

CarterJ&Co is an Australian owned & operated business. To ensure the fastest turn around times for your delivery, we may ship orders directly from our International suppliers warehouse & if products are available, from our Melbourne & NSW locations. The above turn around times apply for ALL orders.

All Tupac/ Biggie & celebrity tees & sweaters should be considered pre-order with a turn around time of 3-4 weeks after you receive your dispatch email. Please note: You will receive these items seperate to other items in your order.

 

  • Do you ship to my country?

At this stage, we ship Australia wide & New Zealand only. We hope to expand 2023.

 

  • How much does shipping cost?

AUS Standard shipping $0-$149.99= $12.95AUD

AUS Standard shipping $150+ = FREE

NZ Standard shipping $0- $149.99aud = $14.95AUD

NZ Standard shipping $150+ = FREE

  • When will I receive my order?

You will receive your parcel within 10-21days after fulfilment. You will receive an email confirming your item/s have been shipped and their tracking details. All items can be traced through the AUS/NZ Post website.

Preorder: If your item is a preordered item, it will be dispatched and delivered within 4 weeks.

If you order more then one item, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. If you haven’t received ALL items within 21 days, contact us via email carterjandco@gmail.com

 

  • What do I do if an item is missing?

Please allow a few more days for the missing item to arrive. On occasion, an item may be available when ordering but not when the order is being processed by us. If this occurs, we will ship all items available first and the remaining item/s as soon as they’re back in stock. Therefore, you will receive two parcels. If the item isn’t available for restock within a reasonable time, it will automatically be refunded.

 

  • Can I edit or cancel my order?

We are unable to change or cancel your order in anyway once processed so please be double check the details you provide to us.

CarterJ&Co cannot take responsibility and is not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, damaged or delayed during transit.
